So I'm trying to include more of those things that are raising my score (clean foods, exercise and supplements) and trying to hold back on those that lower my score (alcohol and bad food choices).

One Huge Advantage to your ring over everyone else is the ease of Removal after use!!! Those Silicone rings are difficult to remove when you are still swollen. However all you have to do is unhook yours and everyone is relaxed again! I have been using rings for almost 2 years now and find it difficult to remove any of the silicone rings after use. I have the firm tech ring for nightly wear and it is so easy to remove even when fully erect. This can't be said of the others and is very important. Love your Product!!
